Oxipit has been awarded an “Eksperimentas” EU grant for researching and implementing innovative technologies for developing an Artificial Intelligence based patient screening tool to accurately identify healthy patients in chest X-ray images.
The research project will last from 2020 to 2022. “Eksperimentas” is a joint initiative of EU and Lithuanian Government to support the creation of innovative products and cooperation between science and business organizations.
The grant of about 520 000 Eur is provided by the European Regional Development Fund, a European Union initiative aimed to strengthen economic and social cohesion across European regions and foster innovation and research.
The total value of the project is about 780 000 Eur.
